If you are interested in reserving a device before stopping in to our store, this form is available to make a reservation! You will not be making a payment at this time. Upon submission of the device reservation form, we will process the request. If you are looking to reserve an engineering-approved Windows device, please contact us directly via phone or email due to unforeseen circumstances regarding availability of devices.
If the item is currently in stock, we will set it aside with a quote attached to the OSU-affiliated individual's email address. This reservation will be valid for 7 days - if the device is not paid for in that time frame, the item will be put back into inventory and the quote will be canceled. At this time, you are only able to pay via phone (614-292-8883) or in person. Once the order is paid for, it will be held for you indefinitely.
If the item is not in stock, it can still be reserved and paid for in advance. We will indicate to you if the device is not available, and if possible, a rough estimate of its ETA. If it is paid for, it will be held indefinitely for you upon arrival.
Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your request. This is a brand new feature available for personal purchases only. Note that only certain models are currently available to reserve; if you would like to purchase something that is not on the list, please reach out!
