If the item is currently in stock, we will set it aside with a quote attached to the OSU-affiliated individual's email address. This reservation will be valid for 14 days - if the device is not paid for in that time frame, the item will be put back into inventory and the quote will be canceled. At this time, you are only able to pay via phone (614-292-8883) or in person. Once the order is paid for, it will be held for you indefinitely.
If the item is not in stock, it can still be reserved and paid for in advance. We will indicate to you if the device is not available, and if possible, a rough estimate of its ETA. If it is paid for, it will be held indefinitely for you upon arrival.
