Device Reservation Request

If you are interested in reserving a device before stopping in to our store, this form is available to make a reservation. You will not be making a payment at this time. Upon submission of the device reservation form, we will consult our current inventory.

If the item is currently in stock, we will set it aside with a quote attached to the OSU-affiliated individual's email address. This quote will be valid for 14 days - if the device is not paid for in that time frame, the item will be put back into inventory and the quote will be voided. At this time, you are only able to pay via phone (614-292-8883) or in person.

If the item is not currently available, we will reach out with possible alternatives via email (including placing an order for a device to arrive at our store).
