    Due to changes with Apple's repair process, any departmental Mac or iPad that needs to be repaired must be removed from its JAMF/MDM before any repair can take place. This must be done by the department and cannot be done by the repair team at Tech Hub. Please make sure this is completed before bringing a device in to be repaired.
