Updated Hours and Services During Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic
Tech Hub has adopted new hours of operation in alignment with the university’s coronavirus (COVID-19) response. We will continue to serve students, faculty and staff during this time, but with some limitations on our offerings.
Hours of Operation
Effective immediately, Tech Hub’s hours of operation are 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Tech Hub will be closed on weekends. If you need to pick up a repair or make a purchase on a weekday afternoon, please email email@example.com or call 614-292-8883 to set up an appointment.
The study lounge, gaming areas, 3D printer and student developer kit station inside the store are closed for the health and safety of our patrons. While we are still accepting hardware repairs, delays of three weeks or more should be expected due to staffing and supply chain issues. If we can't make it to the phone, please leave a voicemail (614-292-8883) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible.
If you require remote technical assistance, please contact the IT Service Desk. The IT Service Desk offers 24-hour support, seven days a week, via email and phone.
