Due to an Apple part shortage, repairs of space gray iPad Air 3s will take 6 weeks or longer. Repairs of silver and gold units are not currently affected. When dropping off a space gray iPad Air 3 for repair, you may opt to receive a silver or gold device instead. That will greatly speed up your repair time.
