Join us on Wednesday, November 20 from 5:30–7:30 p.m. in 100 Campbell Hallfor our annual Student Project Grants Pitch Night. Pitch Night is open to all students, faculty and staff. Pizza, salad and refreshments will be provided for all who attend.
We received over 25 innovative and thought-provoking project proposals this year. It was a difficult decision, but our judges have narrowed the competition down to 8 finalists to present their ideas at Pitch Night.
That’s where you come in. We need your help to choose how to divvy up the pool of $15,000 in funding. Our grants finalists will pitch their ideas in 5 minutes or less, and the audience (you!) will have time to ask questions and eventually vote for your favorite project(s) to get funded.
This year’s finalists exhibit new and contemporary uses for technology in a variety of fields, including biomedical engineering, visual art, environmental science, global health and more. Hear how these projects plan to solve timely and serious challenges facing our society today.
RSVP to Pitch Night through Tech Hub's Facebook event. Invite your friends and help support our fantastic student projects!
