Our guest speaker, Erica Krumlauf is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Leading EDJE LLC, a woman-owned, boutique consulting firm specializing in facilitating accelerated business growth for clients through the use of emerging technology. Krumlauf started her career, following her studies in Systems Analysis from Miami University, as a software consultant, working with clients such as Cellular One/Verizon Wireless, Wendy’s International, OSU, Qwest Communications/Century Link and Chemical Abstracts Services.   After spending nearly a decade in software development, Krumlauf recognized that while her quest for knowledge and interest in technology was a great asset, there was more to a technology career than writing code.  Erica immediately immersed herself into strengthening her business and leadership skills and moved into a career path of technical program and project management.  During her tenure as a Program Management Consultant, she provided project and program expertise to local clients including DSW Shoes and Abercrombie & Fitch.

In 2007, Krumlauf partnered with three friends to found Leading EDJE.   The mission of Leading EDJE is to ensure that every member of the team of “EDJErs”, has the opportunity to grow intellectually with a team that they can trust and admire.  As the Chief Operating Officer, as well as team coach, Krumlauf leverages her leadership, project management and technology skills to lead her team to ensure success on every client engagement.

We are excited to welcome Krumlauf to The Ohio State University and learn more about her career journey, founding a business, and working in technology in Columbus. Have a burning question or comment for our speaker? Stick around after the presentation for answers and a chance to chat.  In the meantime make sure to RSVP online.
