March Madness Bracket Contest
What basketball team are you rooting for in this year’s NCAA tournament?
The Kentucky Blue Devils? The UCLA Bruins? The East High Wildcats? Whether you meticulously study the stats and injuries of each player on the team or the only thing you know about basketball is that Troy Bolton’s head is in the game, but his heart’s in the song; our March Madness competition is for you.
Drop by Tech Hub from March 20 to March 22 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. to fill out our March Madness bracket, channel your inner LeBron James by shooting baskets on our outside mini court to win smaller prizes, and refuel with delicious snacks.
Don’t worry this isn’t the 2014 $1 billion NCAA perfect bracket contest. In our competition, there’s definitely more than a 1 in 9.2 quintillion chance of getting a perfect bracket, because we are only asking you to predict from the Final Four teams to the winner of the tournament. Once the tournament is finished, the top three most accurate brackets* will win prizes. Winners will receive:
- Grand Prize: Apple TV 32 GB
- 1st Runner-up: FitBit Flex
- 2nd Runner-up: Yurbuds sport in-ear headphones

*The competition is only open to Ohio State students. Students must show a valid Buck-ID to enter the contest. Winners will be chosen based on the accuracy of their brackets. If there is a tie, we will randomly draw from the tied brackets to select the winner. Winners will be notified via email once March Madness is over. If you are a student employee at Ohio State, prizes are subject to taxes.
